in and out of earth's atmosphere....
allow me just enough of this place to breathe...
and yet you know i need no air...when you are near...
you stay with me in dream's wakefulness...
and caress my intuitions about god's given gifts...
you speak wordless whispers of love's sacrifice...
silent smokeless syllables surround this sacred life...
building dreamboats of rocking chairs and false teeth...
you have no idea...how much you mean to me. |
